Uses a Twin Size Bed on Top (traditional mattress or futon=38 x 75in.) and a Full Size Futon on Bottom (54 x 75in.). NOTE: Mattresses Not Included in This Offer. Details and Dimensions: Unit is 67.5H, 41.5 W and 79.5 L. Futon Frame when in Sleep Position Extends 54in.from the wall.
